  • Identification: Prepare a bio-data page from your passport or national ID with a photo.

  • Birth Certificate: Have a copy of your birth certificate ready.

  • Passport-Sized Photo: Ensure you have a recent digital passport-sized color photo.

 

2. Fill Out the Application Form

Online Form: Fill out the application form with accurate and up-to-date information. Make sure all required fields are completed. You can locate the application form by clicking the "Apply Now" button across our website.

3. Submit the Application Form

  • Review: Double-check all information for accuracy before submitting.

  • Upload Documents: Attach the necessary documents (transcripts, ID, birth certificate, photo) as part of the application form submission.

4. Pay the Application Fee

  • Payment: A non-refundable application fee of 200 CAD is required to process your application. The payment processor is located at the end of the application form. Payments can be made through our secure online payment system.

  • Confirmation: Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

5. Application Review

  • Processing: Our admissions team will review your application and documents.

  • Notification: You will be notified of your admission status via email.

6. Next Steps

  • Acceptance: If accepted, follow the instructions provided in your acceptance email to complete your enrollment.

  • Orientation: Prepare for the online orientation session to get acquainted with our learning platform and resources.

  • Support: If you have any questions during the application process, our admissions team is available to assist you. Contact us via email or phone for any inquiries.

  • Deadlines: Ensure you submit your application before the relevant deadlines to secure your spot at CIC.

CIC Ontario Secondary School offers admission entry points in SEPTEMBER, JANUARY, APRIL, and JULY.

It is recommended to apply at least 2 weeks before your desired entry date.
